Sales dashboard and the KPIs that matter

Measuring sales is about more than this month’s revenue. A good sales dashboard connects the CRM to actual sales and shows where opportunities are lost, which reps and channels perform and what to expect this quarter. These are the sales KPIs in our demo and how each one is calculated.

Sales KPIs that matter

The most useful sales indicators. In each project we adapt them to your sales process and your CRM.

CRM audit

Before the dashboard, a clean CRM

Sales KPIs are only as reliable as your CRM. If opportunities are duplicated, missing values or stuck in stages nobody updates, the dashboard inherits the mess. That is what our Sales Ops / CRM audit package is for: €2,500 in 5 to 7 days.

  • CRM clean-up and enrichment (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Pipeline, conversion and prospecting analysis.
  • Action plan and reporting automation.

FAQ

Questions about sales KPIs

What are the most important sales KPIs?

It depends on your sales model, but most teams need sales against target, conversion rate, average deal size, sales cycle length and pipeline value. With those five you know how much you sell, what is coming in and where opportunities get stuck.

Does it work with our CRM?

We work with Salesforce and HubSpot, and with other CRMs through their exports or databases. What matters most is that the CRM data is reliable; if it is not, we start with the Sales Ops / CRM audit.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

It depends on the scope. There are three fixed-price packages: an executive Power BI dashboard for €3,500 in 7 days, predictive modelling for €6,500 in 7 to 10 days, and a Sales Ops / CRM audit for €2,500 in 5 to 7 days. If none of them fits, we work it out on the free call.
