Retail and ecommerce analytics that protect your margin

In retail and ecommerce, margins are thin and every pricing or stock decision counts. We connect your sales, stock and customer data into retail analytics dashboards and add predictive models where they pay off, so you know what sells, what to reorder and which customers are worth keeping.

FAQ

Questions about retail analytics

Which retail KPIs should we track first?

Start with sales and gross margin by product and channel, stock turnover, stock-outs and average order value. Those five show what sells, what you earn on it and whether your inventory is right-sized. Customer metrics such as repeat rate come next.

Can you combine our online store and physical shops?

Yes. We bring ecommerce and store data into a single model with shared product and customer identifiers, so you can compare channels and see the full customer picture in one dashboard.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. We work 100 % remotely, and the whole service can be delivered in English: meetings, reports and documentation. We also work in Spanish and French, so teams spread across several countries can each use their own language. The initial 30-minute assessment is always a video call.
