Data assessment
We review your sources, their quality and how data flows between departments today.
If every department has its own sales figure and reports are rebuilt by hand every month, the tool is not the problem: there is no single source of truth. We help you organise your data, define the KPIs that matter and build dashboards your leadership team understands and uses, backed by 20 years of B2B business experience.
Most companies do not lack data; they have too many versions of it. The ERP says one thing, the CRM another and the board spreadsheet a third. Meetings are spent arguing about which number is right instead of deciding.
Business intelligence consulting fixes that: it connects your sources, sets shared definitions and automates reporting, so time goes into deciding.
We review your sources, their quality and how data flows between departments today.
We define with you the indicators that measure your business and how they are calculated, so everyone uses the same number.
Quality, security and traceability following the DAMA-DMBOK framework, with privacy by design.
We connect ERP, CRM and spreadsheets into one automated data model.
Visualisation in Power BI, Tableau or Qlik, depending on what you already use. See dashboards.
Training and knowledge transfer so your team can run what we build on its own.
We mostly work with small and mid-sized companies that already have data but are not getting value from it. We have particular interest and experience in finance and management control, B2B sales and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), real estate and proptech, logistics and healthcare.
If your tool is Power BI, there is a dedicated Power BI consulting service.
A transparent process run in short sprints: you see working prototypes from day one and always know what is being built.
It is a service that organises your company data and turns it into information for decision-making. It covers reviewing the sources, defining KPIs, bringing the data into a shared model and building dashboards. The goal is for leadership to work from one version of the numbers.
Spreadsheets are fine for analysis, but not as the source of truth for a whole company. With BI the data refreshes automatically from the source, everyone sees the same figures and the monthly report is no longer assembled by hand. You can keep using Excel for what it does well.
It depends on the scope. There are three fixed-price packages: an executive Power BI dashboard for €3,500 in 7 days, predictive modelling for €6,500 in 7 to 10 days, and a Sales Ops / CRM audit for €2,500 in 5 to 7 days. If none of them fits, we work it out on the free call.
Yes. We work 100 % remotely, and the whole service can be delivered in English: meetings, reports and documentation. We also work in Spanish and French, so teams spread across several countries can each use their own language. The initial 30-minute assessment is always a video call.
