Power Automate consulting and reporting automation

Many teams still spend the first days of every month exporting, pasting, checking and emailing reports. With Power Automate and Power BI most of that routine can run on its own: data collected, reports refreshed and sent to the right people, with alerts when something looks wrong. We find the repetitive steps and automate them.

What we automate

What we automate

01

Report distribution

Reports refreshed and sent to each person or team on schedule, filtered to what they need.

02

Data collection

Files, forms and emails gathered and loaded without copy and paste.

03

Financial reporting

Month-end packs built from the ledger instead of assembled by hand.

04

Alerts

A message when a KPI crosses a threshold, so issues are seen the same day.

05

Approvals

Simple approval steps for budgets or data changes, with a record of who did what.

06

Refresh orchestration

Data loads and report refreshes triggered in the right order.

Financial reporting automation

Financial reporting that builds itself

Finance teams feel the manual work most: exports from the accounting system, reconciliations in spreadsheets and the same pack rebuilt every month. We connect the sources once, define the calculations with you and automate the refresh and distribution, so month-end is spent explaining the numbers rather than producing them.

FAQ

Questions about Power Automate

What is Power Automate used for in reporting?

It runs repetitive steps around your reports: collecting files, triggering refreshes, sending reports to the right people and raising alerts. Combined with Power BI, it removes most of the manual work between the data and the person who needs it.

Do I need extra licences?

Many flows run with the Power Automate capabilities included in Microsoft 365 plans, while some connectors and features require a paid Power Automate licence. We check what your current licences cover before proposing anything, so there are no surprises.

Can you automate reports that are not in Power BI?

Often, yes. Spreadsheet-based reports can be automated too, although we usually recommend moving recurring reporting to Power BI so the data refreshes from the source. We look at your case on the free call.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

It depends on the scope. There are three fixed-price packages: an executive Power BI dashboard for €3,500 in 7 days, predictive modelling for €6,500 in 7 to 10 days, and a Sales Ops / CRM audit for €2,500 in 5 to 7 days. If none of them fits, we work it out on the free call.
