Demand and sales forecasting
Models that anticipate peaks and troughs to plan purchasing, stock and staffing.
AI for business does not start with picking a fashionable tool. It starts with finding the specific problem worth solving: forecasting demand, catching pricing errors or saving hours of reporting. We help you identify those cases, check whether your data is ready and apply AI that is transparent, unbiased and private by design.
Small business owners hear about AI every day and are rarely told whether it is any use to them. We always start with the same questions: which decision do you want to improve, what data do you have and what would it be worth to get it a little more right?
Models that anticipate peaks and troughs to plan purchasing, stock and staffing.
Dynamic pricing and detection of pricing errors that currently go unnoticed.
Segmentation and customer value prediction to focus your sales team.
Automatic alerts on unusual costs, sales or data.
Fewer hours building reports, more time analysing them.
Cleaning and enriching your CRM so AI works on reliable data.
A model nobody understands is a model nobody uses. We explain which data each model uses, how it reaches its results and how often it gets things wrong, and we check for bias before it goes live. Personal data is handled with privacy by design.
Not necessarily. What you need is not size but a specific problem and enough data to tackle it. A small business with a few years of sales history can already forecast its demand. On the assessment call we tell you honestly whether your case makes sense today or whether the data needs tidying first.
Machine learning is the part of AI that learns patterns from data, and it is what most businesses actually use: forecasts, segmentation or anomaly detection. When we talk about AI applied to your business, we almost always mean models of this kind connected to your own data.
It depends on the scope. There are three fixed-price packages: an executive Power BI dashboard for €3,500 in 7 days, predictive modelling for €6,500 in 7 to 10 days, and a Sales Ops / CRM audit for €2,500 in 5 to 7 days. If none of them fits, we work it out on the free call.
Yes. We work 100 % remotely, and the whole service can be delivered in English: meetings, reports and documentation. We also work in Spanish and French, so teams spread across several countries can each use their own language. The initial 30-minute assessment is always a video call.
