Data ownership
A clear owner for each key dataset and KPI, so someone is accountable when numbers do not add up.
Dashboards and AI models are only as trustworthy as the data behind them. Data governance sets the rules: who owns each dataset, how quality is checked, who can see what and how changes are traced. We put those rules in place following the DAMA-DMBOK framework, with privacy by design and without burying your team in paperwork.

One agreed definition per KPI, documented and visible to everyone.
Checks at the source to catch duplicates, gaps and errors before they reach a report.
Role-based permissions so each person sees only what they need.
A record of where each figure comes from and how it was transformed.
Storing and processing only what is needed, for leaner and more efficient data management.
In a small or mid-sized company, governance has to be light enough to be followed. We start with the data that feeds your most important decisions, agree simple rules for it and build the checks into your existing pipelines and dashboards, so quality is controlled automatically rather than by memo.
It is the set of roles, rules and controls that make company data reliable, secure and usable. It answers who is responsible for each dataset, how quality is checked, who can access what and how changes are recorded. Good governance is what lets leadership trust a dashboard.
It is the Data Management Body of Knowledge published by DAMA International, a widely used reference framework for data management. It covers governance, quality, security, modelling and more. We use it as a guide and apply only the parts that make sense for the size of your company.
It depends on the scope. There are three fixed-price packages: an executive Power BI dashboard for €3,500 in 7 days, predictive modelling for €6,500 in 7 to 10 days, and a Sales Ops / CRM audit for €2,500 in 5 to 7 days. If none of them fits, we work it out on the free call.
Yes. We work 100 % remotely, and the whole service can be delivered in English: meetings, reports and documentation. We also work in Spanish and French, so teams spread across several countries can each use their own language. The initial 30-minute assessment is always a video call.
