Assessment
An inventory of your sources, their quality and how they are used: what is reliable, what is missing and which manual tasks eat up time.
Becoming data-driven is not about buying more tools. It is about knowing what data you have, how far you can trust it and which decisions it should support. We help you turn that into a data strategy with clear priorities, agreed KPIs and a roadmap that starts paying off within weeks, not years.
An inventory of your sources, their quality and how they are used: what is reliable, what is missing and which manual tasks eat up time.
We agree the indicators that matter and how they are calculated, and choose where to start so you see results early.
A phased plan of dashboards, automation or models, plus the training your team needs to take over.
What you have, where it lives and how much it is worth for decision-making.
What to do first, what comes next and what is not worth doing.
A first dashboard or automation in the first sprint. See dashboards.
Knowledge transfer so your team can carry on without depending on anyone.
It is the plan that links your company data to the decisions you want to make. It sets out which data you need, how it is collected and controlled, which indicators you track and in what order dashboards or models are built. Without one, every department ends up with its own numbers.
No. For a small business a data strategy is simpler and pays off sooner: it is often enough to tidy up two or three sources, agree a dozen KPIs and automate the reporting that is currently done by hand. That is why we start with an assessment rather than a months-long project.
It depends on the scope. There are three fixed-price packages: an executive Power BI dashboard for €3,500 in 7 days, predictive modelling for €6,500 in 7 to 10 days, and a Sales Ops / CRM audit for €2,500 in 5 to 7 days. If none of them fits, we work it out on the free call.
Yes. We work 100 % remotely, and the whole service can be delivered in English: meetings, reports and documentation. We also work in Spanish and French, so teams spread across several countries can each use their own language. The initial 30-minute assessment is always a video call.
